Ralph currently has 10 years of Basketball training experience, and 9 years of AAU Coaching Experience. Basketball Camp Coordinator for Advantage Basketball Camps, Five- Star Basketball Camp Coach, Coach for PSA Prep School, Varsity Basketball Official for Tinker Official Association, Varsity Basketball Official for NTBOA, and Volunteer/Mentor/Coach for various youth groups. Ralph Walker believes that confidence on the court comes from your skills training. How you train is how you play. His training emphasizes Fundamentals, Footwork, and fast pace game speed drills, shooting, dribbling, and most importantly defense.
Ralph played for Creekview high school varsity basketball team as a 4 year starter from 1999 to 2002 at the point guard position. Awarded defensive player of the year 3 out of the 4 years, lead the 2001 season in assist for District 6-5A, Awarded the Commissionerâ€™s award at OU Basketball Camp. He graduated from Point guard Basketball College in the summer of 2001, and Played Division 2 basketball at the University of Central Oklahoma.
Ralph Graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and is currently getting his masters degree at the University of Dallas in Sports Management.

Kamil is from Lawton, Oklahoma where he played all four years of high school basketball at MacArthur High School. After graduating, Kamil began to follow his love for the sport by becoming a basketball referee. He then began to give back to the community by coaching underprivileged children to help them improve their skills and knowledge of the game. Realizing that his passion was for helping and teaching youth he began to dive in even deeper by adding coaching to his repertoire which allowed him to take his coaching to the showcase tournament level where he helped 60% of the team earn scholarships to top schools such as Rutgers and Tennessee University as well as small schools around the region such as Navarro Junior College. Presently, Kamil is finishing up his degree at University of Texas at Dallas, refereeing high school and collegiate women's basketball.
Basketball I.Q. Training was founded in the summer of 2011, By Ralph Walker. Our Purpose is to create student athletes through training, Team Play and Mentoring. Basketball is not just a physical sport, but also a mental game. We want our players to not only be skilled, but have a High Basketball I.Q. What sets us apart from the competition is that our Coaches and Trainers care for each and every one of our players, and want them to succeed beyond basketball.

J.Mike is from Carrollton, Texas where he played all four years of high school basketball at Creekview High School. Before then, J.Mike played 10 years of Select/AAU basketball year round throughout the DFW Metroplex. After high school, J. Mike attended the University of Oklahoma (Boomer Sooner!) where he played 4 years of competitive intramural basketball along with coaching a local Norman, OK middle school basketball team. Today J.Mike teaches group skills and privates lessons, along with playing and coaching on his own YMCA team in Dallas. Coach J is very passionate about the game of basketball and hopes to lead young talent to future prominence and success.

Dee is from Tampa, FL where he played high school football & basketball at HB Plant High School. After graduating, Dee enlisted in the military. While enjoying a successful 16 year career in Radio, he still finds time to teach & help develop young basketball players. He has a very unique style of teaching & developing skills that has help have break through moments with past & present B.I.Q Players.
